Located in the historic area of Lisbon, the remodeling of this apartment aimed to create a space with large areas and abundant natural light, valuing the experiences in it. The choice of noble materials and excellent finishes elevate the apartment to a level of luxury.

Located in Avenidas Novas, the Varino 01 Building of the SOCICORREIA group is the result of a rehabilitation intervention and alteration of its original use from offices to apartments, executed according to the highest standards of construction and innovative architectural solutions

Close to Avenida Almirante Reis, the intervention of this apartment allowed the creation of a Loft, with generous areas and large spaces due to its high ceiling. The highlight is the brick wall, the use of an existing chimney on the site, which together with cozy materials results in a loft of warm tones and industrial look.

Located in the Graça area, the rehabilitation of this building aimed to preserve the historic facade, returning the typical Lisbon metric and investing in comfortable interior spaces divided into apartments and duplexes. In the back area, there are now pleasant patios for the owners to enjoy.

Located between Saldanha and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation gardens, this is SOCICORREIA’s first project in Lisbon. Result of a rehabilitation intervention and alteration of the functional program of the existing office building in luxurious apartments with generous areas, safeguarding the surrounding urban environment and the historical character of the building.

Located close to Santa Apolónia train station, the remodeling of this building preserves the historic facade, returning the original typically Lisbon image and investing in the creation of interior spaces suitable for the new inhabitants.

Parallel to Avenida Almirante Reis, the intervention of this building aimed to create a contemporary facade, assuming the verticality of the windows together with the tile covering, a characteristic image of the city of Lisbon, Regueirão dos Anjos will get a new life.
