Located near Marquês de Pombal, it was intended to readjust the functionality and image of the building, preserving the residential use. The concern to keep de historical elements of the current facade, maintaining the design and metrics and at the same time on the new floors creating a harmony between the existing and the new windows, resulting in a cohesive facade with a vibrant and contemporary image.

New construction villa in Cascais, set in a green area. The house is developed having as a starting point the trees and natural elements of the lot creating a relationship between them. With a bold language, the aim was to create relationships between the interior and the exterior, complemented with a choice of materials that integrate into the surroundings.

Located near Entrecampos, the restoration of this building is based on the need to improve the habitability of the existing building. In this intervention, two more floors were created resulting in a total of 19 T1 and T2 housing units, storage rooms, two terraces and 8 parking spaces in the backyard.

On the main facade, some elements that we consider to have heritage value were maintained and in the new floors, the metric of the existing windows is recreated in order to create harmony between the different parts that form the facade and the urban surroundings.

With a premium location in the heart of Avenidas Novas, the project consists in the refurbishment and transformation of an old office building into a luxurious residential building.

The building’s exterior facade is redesigned, respecting the client’s brand image by readjusting the building’s metrics using opaque and translucent elements on the balconies to create movement between each floor. With the conversion of the building, 16 apartments are created.

In the “melting pot” of Lisbon, near Avenida Almirante Reis, the residential building is remodeled to return the facade to its original image after several cosmetic interventions over the years. The backyard who was once occupied by a garage is now a space for urban living, giving it back to the people to take advantage of.

Original building from the 40’s, the remodeling of this family apartment came from the need to adapt it to current needs. The visible transformation is the result of the use of more modern lines, warmer wood tones in combination with noble materials. A dated apartment that has now gained a new image.

Located near Avenida da Liberdade, the remodeling and expansion serves to adapt the residential building to the current needs of its inhabitants, creating 10 fractions and ensuring its accessibility. The facade is preserved due to its heritage value, uplifting the typical image of historical Lisbon to a new level and to give back a joyful colour to the street.
