Located on Avenida 24 Julho in Santos, with a stunning view over the Tagus River and the riverfront of the city of Lisbon, the project consists of the remodeling and transformation of a building into a luxurious apartment building.

The particularity of the existing architectural elements to be preserved became the key elements for defining the building’s identity.
