Located in the heart of Intendente, the Hotel is the result of the refurbishment and expansion of an old car garage.

The proposal, which is based on the existing rectilinear structure, rises with the addition of organic elements, not only quite present on the facade but also in the organization of interior spaces, creating new verticalities, dynamics and movement.

Located in the most charismatic area of the city of lisbon, the rehabilitation of this building consisted of the recovery and integration of Pombaline architectural elements and its emblematic spaces, adapting its interior to the requirements of a tourist facility. In the interior “saguão” between the buildings, a new facade was created, as well as glass corridors between floors.

Refurbishment of a building located in the historic area of Lisbon between Bairro Alto and Rua de São Bento with a privileged view over the Tejo River. The building adapted for hotel/tourism has 18 apartments and complementary spaces such as a swimming pool or terrace.
