With a premium location in the heart of Avenidas Novas, the project consists in the refurbishment and transformation of an old office building into a luxurious residential building.
The building’s exterior facade is redesigned, respecting the client’s brand image by readjusting the building’s metrics using opaque and translucent elements on the balconies to create movement between each floor. With the conversion of the building, 16 apartments are created.

Located near Entrecampos, the restoration of this building is based on the need to improve the habitability of the existing building. In this intervention, two more floors were created resulting in a total of 19 T1 and T2 housing units, storage rooms, two terraces and 8 parking spaces in the backyard.
On the main facade, some elements that we consider to have heritage value were maintained and in the new floors, the metric of the existing windows is recreated in order to create harmony between the different parts that form the facade and the urban surroundings.
Located in the fishing village of Cabanas de Tavira, the development is born from a connection between contemporary architecture and popular architecture with mediterranean characteristics.
The houses are distributed in two volumes, favoring the relationship with the outside space by creating balconies, terraces and even a central garden area with a communal swimming pool as one of the most attractive features.

Rehabilitation and expansion of a single-family house from the 1940s in the Olivais neighborhood, creating new volumes with more contemporary lines. The enhancement not only of the outdoor space with the construction of a swimming pool, but mainly of its interior with the creation of wider and more functional spaces for the new residents.
